What can I expect from a session?

In my experience, the messages and validations that come through during a mediumship session are all for the sake of healing, resolution, or guidance. They are never frivolous in nature. ​​

It's great when you have someone in mind when you attend a mediumship session. Tuck a piece of jewelry or some other personal item into your pocket or purse before the session so that you have the validation you need when you begin to receive messages.

Here is an important note. You may not get the deceased loved one you want for a variety of reasons. Ask them through thought to attend your session and/or let me know the person's name or relationship to you, and I can ask for that person specifically.
